Keynote Speaker: Sharon Saevitzon

Topic: Energy Leadership

We are proud to welcome Sharon Saevitzon as a Special Guest Keynote Speaker at the CATC Summit.

Energy Leadership is both a distinct form of leadership and a practical process for consciously leading your energy so that it supports your goals instead of sabotaging them. By understanding and applying Energy Leadership principles, you can shift your internal state, positively influence those around you, and dramatically improve your effectiveness.

When you elevate your energy, you:

  • Inspire and motivate yourself and others
  • Operate with greater clarity and purpose
  • Reduce stress while increasing productivity
  • Attract positive, powerful people and opportunities
This keynote will set the tone for growth, transformation, and elevated leadership throughout the entire Summit.

Special Event: Friday Evening

Breathwork with Carmina Little

Carmina Little has facilitated guided breathwork since 2018, specializing in trauma relief, subconscious integration, and nervous system regulation. Influenced by the work of Brené Brown and Carl Jung, her approach blends intentional breathing with somatic awareness to support emotional resilience and embodied clarity. This is not a quiet meditation. Her guided breathwork is immersive, activating, expressive, and intentionally loud — designed to move energy, release stress, and create meaningful internal shift.

After beginning her career in 2003 as a loan processor and later a mortgage loan originator, Carmina spent 19 long years in the mortgage industry and, due to burnout and general exhaustion, chose to step away in 2022 to fully pursue various healing modalities amongst other endeavors.

Carmina will be facilitating a dynamic guided breathwork experience with a live performance by Sophia Patella, a classically trained pianist, vocalist, and music educator from San Diego, CA. Sophia performs across genres including Classical, Jazz, Funk, Pop, and Musical Theatre, bringing technical precision and expressive range to the session. Together, they create an experience that is grounding, energizing, and designed to leave participants clear-headed, reset, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
