Starter Members can upgrade to a Professional Membership

as soon as they have fulfilled the required conditions

for Professional membership.


In addition to your completed application, you will need the following documents available to upload & submit with your application to be considered for membership:

Professional Membership:

  • Upload a copy of your Signed Membership Agreement (click here to download the membership agreement)
  • Upload a copy of your certificate of coverage from your Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance provider covering you, your business or the TC company or Brokerage that employs you.
  • Upload proof of Education in California real estate. This could be your real estate license, certificates from C.A.R. such as Certified Transaction Coordination or Certified Forms Trainer, or other relevant certificates from California-specific courses or boot camps.
