Whether you are a TC, Agent, Broker or Affiliate, if you are looking for a Transaction Coordinator (TC), then you have come to the right place!

All of our CATC Professional Members have taken an ethics exam, signed a membership agreement and have agreed to abide by the CATC Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. All of our CATC Professional Members carry Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance and have certified that they have proof of Education in California real estate.

Evidence of education may include a California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license, certificates from C.A.R. such as Certified Transaction Coordinator or Certified Forms Trainer, or other relevant certificates from California-specific courses or boot camps.
