As TCs in the real estate industry for decades, we know firsthand how important it is to have a trusted TC community to rely on. In 2022, Jennifer & Jessica, two of your fellow TCs, partnered together to begin creating the California Association of Transaction Coordinators. They have been working alongside an amazing board of directors for the past two years and now it’s finally time to bring our vision to YOU, our amazing TC community!  

Here at CATC, we want to be your resource for all things TC! We want your input and your ideas. We want to grow together as a TC community and we want to continually lift each other up as we have been doing all these years.
